Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to consultation fees paid to Magnolia Core Strategy Group for retention audits, touchpoint reviews, renewal workshops, and related advisory blocks. It does not cover third-party costs (travel, venue catering, software licences) billed at cost with your prior approval.

Cancellation by client

Retention audits and touchpoint reviews

• More than 14 days before scheduled kickoff: Full refund of any deposit paid, or credit toward a rescheduled start date within six months.
• 7–14 days before kickoff: 50% of deposit retained; remainder refunded or credited.
• Less than 7 days before kickoff or after work has begun: Deposit non-refundable. If final deliverables are not yet due, we may agree a partial refund for unperformed phases at our discretion.

Renewal workshops

• More than 21 days before workshop date: Full deposit refund or free reschedule once within six months.
• 8–21 days before: 50% deposit retained.
• Less than 8 days or no-show: Deposit forfeited. Reschedule requires new deposit.

Advisory blocks (quarterly coaching)

Unused hours in a prepaid block may be refunded at 80% of the hourly rate if cancelled before the first scheduled session of that block. After the first session, the block is non-refundable but hours may roll forward one quarter.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel an engagement or workshop, you receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled portion, or we offer rescheduling at your choice. We are not liable for indirect costs beyond refunded fees.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per engagement is allowed if requested at least 7 days (audits/reviews) or 14 days (workshops) before the scheduled date. Additional reschedules may incur a TWD 3,000 administrative fee.

Non-refundable items

• Work already performed and delivered (interviews completed, draft plans issued, workshop facilitation delivered)
• Third-party travel and accommodation booked on your authorisation
• Printed materials shipped to your office
• Deposits forfeited under the cancellation windows above

Refund process

Email info@content-magnoliacore.click with your name, engagement reference or invoice number, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on your institution.

Partial refunds during active audits

If you terminate an audit mid-engagement, you owe fees for completed phases (intake, interviews conducted, draft delivery) as defined in your engagement letter. Any prepaid amount beyond completed work is refunded.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled workshop, interview day, or briefing without notice is treated as cancellation within the shortest cancellation window for that service type.

Disputes

Contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.
