Renewal & Re-engagement Workshop
Built for seasonal pressure
Tax firms face January–March intensity. Clinics see recall surges after holidays. Law firms renew retainers on fiscal-year cycles. This workshop lands before your peak so staff rehearse conversations and calendars before clients arrive.
Workshop flow
Hour one — Map your renewal calendar: identify every service line with a natural re-engagement date, who triggers outreach, and what clients should receive (not just a bill).
Hour two — Draft messaging: partners and coordinators write renewal and check-in scripts in plain language, with role-play on difficult scenarios (fee increases, scope changes, clients who went quiet).
Hour three — Assign ownership: every touchpoint gets a named internal owner, backup person, and escalation rule when a client declines or complains.
Hour four — Measurement and habits: agree on three numbers to review monthly and a fifteen-minute standing agenda item for practice meetings.
What we bring
Facilitator with retention planning background in professional services, printed workbooks, and templates your team completes during the session. You leave with a photographed wall calendar or shared document—not slides to interpret later.
Capacity and logistics
Maximum twelve participants to keep discussion practical. For larger firms we recommend two sessions or a partner-only session followed by staff rollout. Catering is your choice; we need a room with wall space or a large screen.
Booking
Workshops are scheduled at least three weeks ahead. A 50% deposit confirms the date; balance due on the workshop day. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.
