1. Agreement

By accessing content-magnoliacore.click or engaging Magnolia Core Strategy Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) for consultation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

We provide business consulting focused on customer retention planning for professional practices, including retention audits, touchpoint reviews, and renewal workshops. Service scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in a separate engagement letter or invoice—not solely by website descriptions.

3. Website use

You may view and download content for personal or internal business reference. You may not scrape, republish, or commercially redistribute our materials without written permission. You may not attempt to disrupt site operation or access non-public areas.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, methodologies, templates, and deliverables remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables internally for their practice. We may reference anonymised learnings in future methodology development unless you opt out in writing.

5. Professional advice

Our work is advisory. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or regulated professional advice. Implementation of retention plans remains your responsibility. Consult qualified professionals before changing contracts, clinical protocols, or billing practices.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information shared during engagements as confidential. Details are covered in engagement letters and our Privacy Policy. Information you submit through the contact form is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, our total liability for any claim arising from website use or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or client churn, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of deliverables, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights in materials you provide to us.

9. Third-party links and images

This site may link to external resources or display images from third-party hosts. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in New Taipei City shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
